Available Gambling Licences
If you intend to use a premises to provide gambling facilities you will need a Premises Licence. The types of Premises Licence are:
- Adult Gaming Centre
- Betting (Track)
- Betting (Other) - This includes betting shops
- Bingo
- Family Entertainment Centre
Gambling Permits
- Licensed Gaming Machine Permit or Notification of Two or Less Gaming Machines
- Club Machine Permit
- Club Gaming Permit
- Unlicensed Family Entertainment Centre
Gambling Notices
- Temporary Use Notice
- Occasional Use Notice
Gambling Registrations
Please note that in addition to the above you may also need to apply for an Operator or Personal Licence from the Gambling Commission.
