Careers Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG)
Gateshead's Early Help, Information Advice and Guidance (IAG) service (formerly known as Connexions Gateshead) offers confidential advice and support services for 13-19 year olds, and up to age 25 for young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).
You can make an appointment with us at locations across Gateshead for help or support with further education, training, employment and apprenticeships. We can also help you with issues relating to social, health and welfare problems - if we can't help, we'll put you in touch with someone who can.
