Housing: the housing investment game

The aim of the game is to give participants some idea of the difficult decisions to be made when developing an investment programme and maintaining a housing portfolio.
Participants will have to make decision on how they would spend £6million.
The session on Monday 3 November will be held in the Whickham Room in Gateshead Civic Centre.
The session on Wednesday 5 November will be held in Room S20 in Gateshead Civic Centre.
