Children will have the opportunity to learn important life skills such as following instructions, measuring ingredients, and understanding basic food preparation. Sessions also introduce the concept of balanced diets, helping little ones recognise which foods are healthy and why.
This hands-on experience encourages confidence, teamwork, and curiosity about food, while strengthening the bond between children and their grown-ups through shared learning and creativity in the kitchen.
