Apply for householder planning permission
To find out if you need householder planning permission and get advice before you apply use our pre- application advice service. We advise you do this to help ensure your application is complete and accurate first time.
Prior to submitting a formal planning application please first ensure you have read and checked the Tyne and Wear validation checkllist [20.2KB] along with Tyne and Wear Validation List [930.43KB] as to the plans and information required.

You will be asked what type of permission you are applying for at step two.
