Hi, I'm Councillor John Adams, Cabinet Member for Housing at Gateshead Council.

I want to sincerely thank over a thousand of our tenants who kindly responded to our most recent satisfaction survey. The feedback you provide gives us a valuable insight into our performance, and is vital in helping shape the future of our housing service.
