The White House, Rowlands Gill, Tree Preservation Order no: 209
This is a formal notice to let you know that on 29 January 2021 the Council made the above Tree Preservation Order.
The Order has been made to protect trees at The White House, Rowlands Gill, following concerns raised regarding the clearance of a significant number of trees on an area of land at the property that is thought to be for development purposes. No pre-application advice has been sought regarding potential development proposals for this site. The trees are very prominent when viewed from the public realm and enhance the amenity value of the area.
The Order will allow us time to assess and control the works whilst the proposals are considered.
