Customer Service Officer

Grade F £25,409 - £27,852 per annum, 37 hours, permanent.

About the role

As a Customer Service Officer, you will play a key role supporting the Neighbourhood Service Advisors, who provide a front line service to our residents, dealing with a wide range of queries.

You will work alongside employees and partner agencies to share accurate information relating to housing and council services.

You will manage a team of staff who deliver a customer focused service and provide administrative support as part of the Neighbourhood Services team, working to support tenants to sustain tenancies and neighbourhoods.
