Saltwell Harriers meet at Gateshead Leisure Centre on Tuesdays at 7.00 p.m.
The club has active male and female sections, who compete in local and national races on Road, Track, Fell and Cross-Country.
New members will be made most welcome. All standards of ability are welcome to train with the club.
