Don't panic if you've lost your password!
To recover a forgotten password you can simply go to the login page and click on the link 'Forgotten your password|'
You will then be asked to enter the e-mail address that you registered for 'My Gateshead' with.
We will then ask you your secret question - once you answer this we will reset your password and e-mail a new one to you.
