Effective implementation of CAF, team around the family and lead practitioner processes requires strong leadership and management at all levels.
To support this, a CAF management protocol has been developed which is underpinned by an integrated approach to supervision.
The CAF management protocol has already been agreed and implemented by the Area Based Teams| in Gateshead with a view to the wider workforce adopting the same principles to ensure a common approach to improving outcomes for children, young people and families
