Help with adaptations to the home and aids are available for people who have a serious disability which causes them to be permanently and substantially disabled - whether a Council tenant or living in private accommodation.
Anyone seeking help must contact their local Social Services District Office in the first instance where a duty officer will determine whether they will need to be assessed in accordance with the Council's criteria for assessments.
