What can you do at Dunston Activity Centre?

Fitness Classes

We’ve got the fitness class for you! At Dunston Activity Centre a range of fitness classes are available for all levels and abilities. So whether you’re looking for high impact exercise to burn off those calories or a more gentle class to strengthen and tone we have something for you, check out our Fitness Classes page| for more info.

Activities

There's loads of activities on offer at Dunston Activity Centre, from Gym Tots to Soccer Skills, Gymnastics to Karate, there's something for everyone. Visit our Activities pages| to find out more!

Gym

Dunston Activity Centre has a well equipped gym for people of all fitness levels to work out in.

Please note that the gym will be closed to the public between 10.30 - 11.30 on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays for the Cardiac Rehabilitation Group.

Sports Hall

You can hire the sports hall at the centre for anything from a football match to a club meeting or birthday party. Please contact Reception for details.
