For adults who want the swim without the splash did you know that adult only swimming is available every weekday evening until 9pm or 9.30pm at one or more pools in Gateshead?
You'll also find that lane swimming is available every weekday lunchtime (12noon - 1pm) in ALL Gateshead Council swimming pools AND every weekday night at one or more of Gateshead's pools.
If you rise with the sun then the early bird swimming is for you. Available Tuesdays - Fridays at one or more of Gateshead's pools, some sessions start as early as 6.15am!
Theres also ladies only sessions available every day, with all five swimming pools having at least two ladies only sessions per week. So ladies, the pool is all yours.
