Gateshead Active Online Bookings - Conditions of use:

The Gateshead Active on-line booking scheme is not transferable and can only be used by the registered user.

On-line bookings may be made up to 13 days in advance.

You may make as many bookings as required, but only one booking will be accepted for any one twenty four hour period.

Bookings must be paid for before the start of the activity.

A minimum 24 hours notice is required for a cancellation. Failure to give 24 hours notice shall result in the full fee being charged.

Refunds are only available by writing, with proof of payment, to the facility manager.

With the exception of 11-a-side football, bookings may only be made to a maximum of one hour.

Bookings at Gateshead International Stadium should be booked to start at half past the hour; bookings will not be taken for any other time (eg., bookings will not be taken for 5 p.m. or 5:15 p.m., but will be taken for 5:30 p.m.). At all other facilities bookings should be booked to start on the hour. Gateshead Council reserves the right at its discretion to amend or cancel a booking that does not follow these criteria. At least 48 hours notice will be given where this is deemed necessary.

Gateshead Council reserves the right at its discretion to withdraw access to the Gateshead Active on-line booking scheme from any person(s) who misuses the scheme or who does not follow the conditions of use.

Where necessary for operational reasons Gateshead Council reserves the right at its discretion to relocate bookings to a reasonable alternative location within the booked facility.

Gateshead Council, its employees or agents do not accept any responsibility or liability for any loss or damage, such as loss of earnings, loss of income, loss of fee's, nor do they accept responsibility or liability for bookings being unavailable.
