Tranquility Sauna
Tranquility Sauna

Sauna

Stretch out and relax and let the heat do the work. The dry temperature acts like a massage, soothing and relievingtired muscles whilst also toning your skin.

The perspiration that follows cleanses your skin better than soap, leaving you with a smooth and clear complexion. A superb way to relax and unwind.

Tranquility Spa
Tranquility Spa Aromatherapy Room

Aromatherapy Room

Let the natural essences such as rosemary, pine, lavender and eucalyptus, invigorate or simply soothe and relax tired minds and bodies.

Relax and unwind as the warmth penetrates the muscles andyou breathe in.

Also enjoy the benefits of the multicolour lighting which
stimulates and relax the brain.

In just half an hour you will feel completely relaxed and
refreshed.

Steam Room

Benefit from the soothing effects of steam. Steam can ease the stress of an aching body whilst also providing a deep cleanse of your skins pores. The steam room is an excellent way to clear blockages or mild aches in the body, for example sinus pain or muscle pulls.

You will come out feeling rested and refreshed - go on, you deserve it!

Plunge Pool

Use the plunge pool between sessions in the steam room or sauna to reduce body temperature. This gives your body time to cool off, settle down and prepare for the next activity. The dramatic change in temperature gives your body an invigorating boost and leaves you feeling rejuvenated.

Aerotone

The Aerotone provides a warm vibrating massage in weightless conditions. The all-over massage is achieved by air bubbles directed upwards and downwards through the water and against the skin.

If you play sport, or suffer from aching muscles, this is thetreatment for you - it’s ideal for relieving tired or aching muscles and leaves your body feeling revitalised.

Sessions are sold in 30 minute intervals.

Stand 'n' Tan

Our tanning units are available to both men and women, this isa great way to get a tan without any fuss.

We have 1 vertical and 1 horizontal flat bed. Sessions are soldin 5 minute intervals.
