In the shadow of the fairytale Saltwell Towers, Gateshead Council is currently installing its most recent silver award winning Chelsea Flower Show exhibit so that it may leave a lasting legacy for local people and visitors to enjoy.
Sponsored by Nova and Northumbrian Water in 2010, the exhibit was designed by Alan J Smith of Redbox Design Group on behalf of the council to celebrate Gateshead’s involvement in the Great North Run for its 30th anniversary.
