Enchanted Parks 2016

Enchanted-parks1

Where: Saltwell Park, Gateshead

When: Tuesday 6 - Sunday 11 December 2016

Gateshead's popular after-dark arts adventure is making a welcome return this festive season. During December, Enchanted Parks will once again breathe myth and magic into Saltwell Park.

This year, due to overwhelming demand, the event is running for an extra night.

This year’s programme is inspired by the 400th anniversary of William Shakespeare’s death. It will take you on an intriguing journey, where a hidden manuscript found inside the Towers has unleashed a strange kind of magic. A Midwinter Night’s Tale slowly comes to life.

Ticket prices are £8 for adults* and £2 for children under 16. Children aged three and under go free, but will need a ticket to gain entry.

* a 50p booking fee applies for adult tickets
