Classes at Heworth Leisure Centre

Due to a technical fault the Flowrider at Heworth Leisure Centre is closed. We apologise for any inconvenience. If you have a booking please contact Heworth Leisure Centre. 

GO light: Low to moderate intensity classes suitable for beginners.

GO moderate: Mid to high intensity classes suitable for intermediate or regular exercisers.

GO tough: High intensity classes suitable for those with a high level of fitness and exercise regularly.

Monday 

Light circuits
