Classes at Gateshead Leisure Centre

All of our leisure centres will be closed on bank holiday Monday, 29 May.

GO light: Low to moderate intensity classes suitable for beginners.

GO moderate: Mid to high intensity classes suitable for intermediate or regular exercisers.

GO tough: High intensity classes suitable for those with a high level of fitness and exercise regularly.

Buggy Boot Camp
