A Global Village in the Big Top with arts, crafts and foods from far-aflung places, storytelling and a chance to see the stunning range of national dress from the many people who have chosen Gateshead as their home.
The festival ended with a fire procession by Emergency Exit Arts and their stunning 'Runga Rung' pyrotechnical extravaganza with mexchnised sculptures, digital art projections, music and dance.
