One of the ways we can do this is through Train to Gain, offered in conjunction with the Learning and Skills Council. Your organisation could benefit from fully subsidised learning programmes for employees who do not yet have a level 2 qualification, including subsidies for wages. Working towards a nationally recognised vocational qualification, employees gain experience, recognise their potential and make a positive contribution to the organisation.
