School aged children who are taking part in the following activities are required by law to have a Performance Licence issued by the Local Authority in which the child resides:

Theatrical productions i.e. pantomimes, plays,

Musicals/stage shows.

Sporting activities (see information table)

Modelling (photographic, catwalk)

TV or radio broadcasts
Please note failure to comply with licensing regulations could result in legal action being taken against the Producer of the production or activity.
