  • Internal and external fabric improvements
  • Fences, paths and drop kerb

  • In specific areas the excellence of our work has been recognised by national bodies such as the Council for Registered Gas Installers (CORGI) and the National Inspection Council for Electrical Installation Contracting (NICEIC).

We consult with tenants, in conjunction with Gateshead Housing Company, to obtain their views on the time taken to complete work and the quality of workmanship and materials provided, by means of:

  • Regular contact via the client with tenant organisations
  • Tenant satisfaction surveys
  • Publicising performance in the Local Performance Plan
  • Conducting telephone surveys  

Customer Care

For larger refurbishment and improvement jobs, where a certain amount of mess is unavoidable, we have produced tenant fact sheets called STEPS (Start to End Progress Sheets).

These fact sheets show, with the use of photographs, what is involved at various key stages of the work. They explain the sequence of actions our workmen will follow and outline some of the precautions that can be taken to protect furniture and belongings.
