A summary of the Homebuy choices are:-
New Build HomeBuy – newly built homes are purchased via a housing association on a part sale/part rent basis.
Open Market HomeBuy – where purchasers can buy a home on the open market with the assistance of a government funded equity loan
Social HomeBuy – where existing tenants of Council or housing association properties can possibly buy their current home on a part rent/part buy basis, receiving a discount on their initial purchase.

To apply for any of the HomeBuy options you will need to complete a Nomad Homes application form. You can complete an application form online (via the Nomad Homes| website) you can download an application form from Nomad Homes website which enables you to type information straight onto the application form and print it off to send on to Nomad Homes. Alternatively, you can download an application form which can be printed off and completed in writing.
