2008/9 Gateshead Housing Tenants STATUS Survey
Tenants have an important role in shaping services they receive from the council and its partners.
During June/July 3,000 council house tenants will be chosen at random andasked how satisfied they are with their home and the housing services provided by the Council and The Gateshead Housing Company (TGHC). This is part of the national STATUS survey, which is now carried out every 2 years. Independent consultants, Marketing Means, have been selected to carry out the survey on behalf of the Council.
If selected it is your opportunity to tell us what you think, influence future decisions on services to your home and neighbourhoods and to have the opportunity to win a £25 shopping voucher.
There are three main purposes for consulting with you:
-
To measure levels of satisfaction with services provided by the landlord, any concerns you have and what is important to you
-
To identify areas where you believe services could be improved
-
To gain better knowledge of your needs to help us plan services for the future
The STATUS survey is anonymous however all tenants can contact The Gateshead Housing Company on 0191 4335353 if they are dissatisfied with any aspects of housings services they provide.
The council working in partnership with The Gateshead Housing Company (TGHC)and other partners aim to improve services by continuing to make major improvements to your homes. We are asking tenants for their views and most important of all we will act on those views.
When the results of the survey are confirmed they will be published and an action plan developed to address the issues raised.
If you do receive the survey details through the door please complete it and return it in the freepost, self addressed enveloped which will be enclosed with the questionnaire.
