Click on the Request This Service link on the right to load the form and select Syringes from the drop down list
Provide the exact location of the syringe giving details which may include the road number/street name/lamp post number/nearest address, etc.
Your contact phone number (optional) would be helpful as our operatives may have difficulty in finding the syringe and require a more precise location.
Your request will be dealt with promptly and the discarded syringe collected in a safe storage box before being disposed of with other clinical waste.
