Special Educational Needs
The Council provides a range of specialist services that work with schools to help to meet the needs of children with Special Educational Needs (SEN ).
The SEN Code of Paactice which was published by the Government in 2001, gives guidance on the identification and assessment of children with SEN and how they should be helped to progress.
