All dates are inclusive.
The above dates have been agreed for all community schools and at this time have been adopted by all Voluntary Aided schools excluding St Augustines RC Primary School. However, Voluntary Aided (church) schools and Academies do not have to adopt the dates set by the Council and you are advised to liaise directly with your child's school if you have a particular query over the planned closures for such schools
All schools will be closed to pupils on Friday 29 March 2013 and Monday 6 May 2013 (Bank Holidays).
In addition to the above two days within the above terms are to be used for professional development. These dates are to be determined and agreed by individual school governing bodies and parents will be notified of these by the school.

One occasional day within the Summer Term 2013 is to be utilised for the purpose of closure for possible election purposes, this day is to be used near the end of the summer term.
