The Council, through the benefits section, provides free home to school travel for pupils of compulsory school age, subject to mileage and other criteria for primary and secondary school aged children.

This application form can be used to apply for a pass at any stage in the school year, though if you require a new pass for the beginning of the September Term you must submit your application by the date shown on the form.
A separate scheme of support is available for pupils and post-16 students with special educational needs.
