Healthy Eating Tips

Health, food and fun - how to keep the balance. Enjoy your food!

  • Keep your intake of food in balance with your levels of activity;
  • Remember to eat 5 portions of fruit or vegetables every day;
  • Choose foods with more protein and less fat;
  • Eat plenty of foods rich in starch and fibre;
  • Choose a wide selection of foods, don’t stick to just a few favourites;
  • Keep your intake of fizzy drinks, crisps and sweets to a minimum.
