Gateshead School Meals is strongly committed to customer care. In line with Gateshead Council's Customer Service Charter we carry out regular surveys of our service users. This helps us to monitor our performance and maintain standards. We publish the results of our surveys in the Council news and in reports to schools.
We welcome comments from service users, whether by telephone, letter or e-mail, and we will always respond to a query.
