Skills for Jobs services are free to any individual, over the age of 16, who are not currently in employment, education or training and are available across Gateshead. By helping you compete more effectively in the job market, we can help you progress into further learning, gain work experience or move into employment.

In addition to the structured short course we offer we also hold a Skills for Jobs Drop-In every Wednesday from 11.15am – 1.15pm at the Headworks @ the Civic Centre. You will receive advice and support on training to assist with gaining employment. ALL WELCOME
