NVQ’s are developed using the national standards set by the Sector Skills Council looking after your occupation. Gateshead Adult Learning specialise in NVQ’s at levels 2, 3 and 4 in a number of subjects. All NVQ’s are delivered and assessed on the job. We also offer off the job training to learners and employers to support development and increase skills and knowledge. We support learners in the workplace to assess performance and provide mentoring support. This level of training, assessment and one to one support helps dedicated learners to improve workplace performance, recognition and future career prospects.
