This plan sets out the key decisions to be taken by the Cabinet in the four month period from the date of this plan, as far as they are known at present. A key decision is one which is likely:

To result in the Council incurring expenditure, or making savings, in excess of £250,000, or;

To have a significant effect on two or more Council wards.
