Our 'Ask, listen….act.' Community Involvement Strategy was produced in August 2002 with the following aim: 'to provide a way of asking for, listening to and acting on the views and opinions of local people to influence the way the Council makes decisions.'
The purpose of this strategy is to set out the corporate framework for Gateshead Council’s approach to consultation and involvement.
