The team can help you to run the ‘Seven Steps to Healthy Eating’ sessions. These weekly sessions involve weight management, nutrition and exercise advice;

We can help to organise a range of physical activities, such as Tai Chi, yoga and cycling;

We can offer fitness testing in the workplace. This includes height, weight, blood pressure, lung function, body composition and overall strength;

We can lead Health Walks for your employees or help you to set up your own workplace Health Walks programme;

Employers can ask for someone to come along and give information, answer any questions or help you to set up workplace sessions on a variety of topics including:

Smoking cessation and smoking policies;
