The Five Year Plan sets out how the development of more high quality housing related services is to be achieved in the borough and should be welcomed as a key addition to the National and Local Government agendas for change in this area.
Supporting People in Gateshead is now becoming part of a hub of different services designed to give vulnerable people the support they need to live independently and is well on its way to becoming mainstreamed.
The Five Year Plan has been endorsed by Partner Agencies through the Commissioning Body, by Elected Members of Gateshead Council and through the feedback gained from service users and providers at the various forums they have attended.
