People with Disabilities

Adult Social Care supports people with disabilities to live as independently as possible.  Anyone with a disability can request an assessment in order to determine the help they might need.

Assessment - what help do you need?

If you think you or someone you know needs help, your first point of contact should be Adult Social Care Direct.

Our staff will listen to you carefully and will ask questions about the difficulties that you, your relative or friend are having.  At this point our staff will explain what options are available to you.
