The team offer assessment, advice and support to all people who are:

Referral

We can offer information, advice, signposting to other agencies and an assessment of your needs.

Following assessment with a Social Worker you will discuss the variety of services available to meet your needs:

Equipment to assist you at home, such as text telephones, television amplifiers, liquid level indicators;
Access to all services provided by Community Based Services;
Information about services provided by other statutory and voluntary agencies;
Access to counselling services about sight or hearing loss;
Access to information about financial assistance that may be available from agencies for people who have a sight or hearing loss.
