If you look after a partner, relative, friend or neighbour who cannot manage without help because of illness, age or disability then there may be support available to help you.
We recognise that as a carer you play a vital role in the life of the person that you look after. So, we need to work alongside you to offer you the support you need.
It may be you are not sure what you need or what services are available to you. To find out more you can contact Adult Social Care Direct| and they can give you advice and information.
