Springboard Foster Carer
We look after a number of teenagers who need special support to enable them to move on with their lives and into adult life. But we need your help.
Springboard is Gateshead Council's special fostering service that combines therapy and fostering to really make a difference.
We need people who can provide a nurturing and supportive environment for the teenagers we currently look after. You need to be caring but tough, fun but grounded. You must not have any children under the age of 16 living at home, and must have a spare bedroom in your home.
We will give you all the help you need. You'll receive intensive 24-hour support from our dedicated team, full training and £26,000 a year plus allowances.
