The two Safeguarding and Care Planning teams work with children and families who have been assessed by the Referral and Assessment Team |as being in need of further help and support on a long term basis.
The teams work together with families and other professionals to support children to live safely with their families and to give every child the opportunity of a happy, healthy and successful life. This includes supporting families where there are children with child protection plans and looked after children.
