Connexions Tyne and Wear is a service for young people aged 13 to 19, bringing together a number of organisations which work with young people, including careers and youth services, so all the help they may need is under one roof.
Connexions Tyne and Wear offers help to young people with special needs up to the age of 25.
Each young person has their own Personal Adviser, who has experience with all sorts of young people, and can help them regardless of any specialist support they may require.
