The site (edged red on the plan) is located in the Teams area, located to the west of Gateshead town centre. The site has good access to local amenities, as well as road and transport links to the town centre, Newcastle city centre, MetroCentre and the A1 north and south bound.
Submission of offers
The following information is required:
1 .Financial Offer
The Council is seeking unconditional offers for the site and the submission should clearly state the capital sum (exclusive of VAT) being offered to Gateshead Council.
2. Supporting Information
A. Details of the person(s) or company that is offering to purchase the freehold interest. For a company, you should include details of the full company name, registration number, registered address and contact details for the individual submitting the offer. If a consortium, details of all the parties involved
B. An indicative scheme layout plan at a minimum scale of 1:1250
