The Health Act 1995 has established laws to protect people from second hand tobacco smoke. In particular every enclosed or substantially enclosed workplace or public place has to be smoke free. The law applies to fixed workplaces and also to work vehicles.

Signage

Sale of tobacco products

It is illegal to sell tobacco products to people under the age of 18. These products include cigarettes, cigars, tobacco for roll your own or pipes, and rolling papers.
