Team Valley is the largest industrial estate in single freehold ownership in the country. It is host to over 700 businesses, employing 20,000 people, and is still regarded in the property world as an exemplar of commercial property and is known throughout the world. 2011 marks the 75th Anniversary since its inception and as the owners, UK Land Estates will be hosting a few events over the coming months to celebrate.
History of Team Valley Walk
Following the success of the Norwood Nature Walk during a lunch time in April 2011 another walk has been arranged for lunch time on 15th September 2011. This time it starts in the central location of Shopping Village. Specifically arranged to fit into an hour's lunch time it starts at 12.15pm and will be finished by 1.00pm.
This time the theme is the "History of Team Valley", from its beginnings in the 1930s to the current day, including the recent creation of teamvalleylinks.com | CIC and the reasons behind it. Why not come along and join us? Share your stories about the changes you have seen since you started working here. If you have not worked here long then come along to find out more about the place you work. Nearer the time you will be able to register for the event on this website so visit again soon. .

Following on from the success of last year's Team Valley Open Day, UK Land Estates will be again hosting the event due to take place on a date to be confirmed in November. More than 70 businesses were on display in 2010 and, with 2011 being the 75th Anniversary of Team Valley, this year's Open Day will be extra special. Exhibitor fee is £200.

It’s a knockout
As part of this year’s 75th Anniversary Celebrations UK Land Estates hosted Its a Knockout on Sunday 21st August.
More than 100 staff from Team Valley Businesses took part in this fantastic competition in aid of charity. Two competitions ran from 10am-1pm and the second from 1pm-4pm.
Entry fee was £200 per team - all of which has been donated to a Team Valley based Charity FACT (Fighting All Cancers Together).
It’s a knockout was a fun tastic way of raising much needed funds for a local charity as well as creating an opportunity for team building within companies that took part.
