All local authority buildings such as Civic Centre, Schools, Magistrates Courts, Libraries, Ages Persons Units, Day-care & visitors centre, Parks and recreational facilities, cemeteries & crematoria, IT and Business Centres

A number of outside organisations including Northumbria Police Authority, The Sage Gateshead, The Baltic Centre for Contemporary Arts.

The Association for Public Service Excellence ( APSE ) is aimed at Heads of Service and managers involved in Best Value, Service Planning, Audit Inspections Preparation. APSE manage and present performance indicators for various areas including price, key cost indicators and productivity.
