Band appeals
If you think your banding may be wrong you can appeal to the Valuation Office Agency|, if you are the owner or liable for paying the Council Tax.
Normally, you must appeal within 6 months of becoming liable. However, you must continue to pay while waiting for a decision on your appeal.
