If you have received a Council Tax bill showing:

or you think that your Council Tax Account may be in credit;
and you want a refund please contact the Council Tax office either by telephone, e-mail or letter. Please quote your account number at all times.
Refunds are paid by cheque or BACS transfer to your bank account. Please advise as to your preference when contacting the Council
